ELIAN HABRA
Elian Habra was born and raised in Damascus, Syria. A standup comedian and cyber security engineer who has been performing comedy since 2008 in Syria and then later since 2017 in Luxembourg. Living much of his life in the Middle East, he has absorbed all “somehow correct” stereotypes about Arabs and their culture. Such stereotypes are his best triggers to explode… hmmm… laughter in the room. Since moving to Luxembourg in 2015, he encountered surprising and funny “cultures clan” facts which he loves to share with his audience ! Telling people he is originally from Syria always makes the audience stick to their seats… to hear his original story telling… of course… His jokes about the Grand Region always meet with success. His family moving to Luxembourg as well has given him plenty of problems… I mean material, to work with. A regular in the open mic community in Luxembourg and frequent performer in Luxembourg comedy festival. Despite doing a serious job in the morning, you might find him doing more funny stuff performing comedy in some of Luxembourg theaters and bars.
CHRIS BOLSIUS
Originally from Belgium, Chris Bolsius is a Luxembourg-based stand-up comedian. Having lived a true international life, he shines a light on the absurdities of expatriation, living with an exotic pet and the difficulties in easy day to day activities, such as opening doors, understanding Capitani and pondering the toughest philosophical questions: Why do people eat pizza Hawaii?. In 2021, he debuted his first solo comedy special – ‘Alpha Hamster’ to rave reviews and a sold out audience.
DEEPU DILEEPAN
New York/Luxembourg based Indian comedian, Deepu Dileepan is a man with a comic present and a mysterious past. His credits include appearances on RTL TV, ‘funny corner with Deepu’ on ARA Radio and Live108.4FM, with over 3 million views on YouTube. He performs in venues across Europe. His credits include 2 full-run Edinburgh Fringe shows (Brown Guys, Grey Skies 2018 & The Outsider 2019). When not dabbling in standup comedy, he is busy working on his glutes and eating green leafy vegetables
