It’s Comedy Dundee’s first Friday show at Number 57, and we’re coming in with a bang! We’re laying on a stellar line-up including three professional stand-up comedians, plus a free gin tasting before the show courtesy of Eden Mill.
Headlining the show is award-winning comedian Stephen Buchanan. In 2018 he was crowned Scottish Comedian of the Year and also became the first ever Scottish comedian to win the coveted BBC New Comedy Award. He has an extensive background writing and performing for TV and Radio, featuring on ITV’s Jonathan Ross’ Comedy Club, BBC Scotland’s The Comedy Underground and BBC Radio 4’s The Now Show to name a few.

Your host for the night is award-winning comedian John Gavin. John is a veteran comedian, a winner of Scottish Comedian of the Year, and has starred on BBC Scotland’s hit comedy Scot Squad.

Opening the evening is the very funny Viv Gee. Having performed at clubs and festivals all over the world, this award-winning comedienne has an impressive resume of TV and radio appearances for STV, BBC and BBC Radio Scotland.

Before the show there will be a free gin tasting courtesy of high-end St. Andrews gin distillery Eden Mill, starting at 7pm.
