Asking For a Friend - The Matchmaking game where your friend goes on stage and tries to win you a date!
Are you desperately single? Do you have friends?
Then come to Asking For A Friend - Paris’ only English comedy dating show and the BEST way to get a date!
How does it work?
Every round, four single audience members are chosen to participate. The catch is, it’s the friends of these single audience members who are brought on stage! One is the friend of the bachelor and the remaining three are the friends of the contestants. While we are on stage, I will ask questions that the friends will answer on the single people’s behalf.
At the end of the round, the friend of the bachelor will choose the friend of the contestant whose answers they liked the most. Then the (single) bachelor and the (single) contestant go on a date (free drinks at the bar)!
By the way, this is totally a rip-off of a show called Friends Of Single People that I saw 9 years ago in Brooklyn. Here’s a video of the original show if you’re curious!
